VOLTA NOVEMBER 2021 features Elly-Grace Rinaldis, Rosanna E. Licari and Shastra Deo, and will be held in-person at the Brisbane Square Library.

Elly-Grace Rinaldis is a model and creative writer located in Brisbane, Australia. When she is not backpacking or travelling internationally, Elly-Grace enjoys socialising over a bottle of pinot noir with her friends, family and beloved cat Vera. Elly-Grace is currently studying to complete her Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Creative Writing at QUT.

Rosanna E. Licari won the 2021 AAALS Poetry Prize. Her work is in Anthology of Australian Prose Poetry (MUP, 2020), Scars: an anthology of microlit (Spineless Wonders 2020) and Pulped Fiction: an anthology of microlit (Spineless Wonders, 2021). She teaches English to refugees and is the poetry editor of StylusLit.

Shastra Deo was born in Fiji, raised in Melbourne, and lives in Brisbane, Australia. Her first book, The Agonist (UQP 2017), won the 2016 Arts Queensland Thomas Shapcott Poetry Prize and the 2018 Australian Literature Society Gold Medal. Her second book, The Exclusion Zone (UQP), is forthcoming in 2023.
