The Australian Poetry Slam is back!
Poetry Slams and wordshops are popping up around the nation. From June to October, 1000 writers will grab their moment in the spotlight leading to one National Final at Sydney Opera House and a prize worth $20,000, including publishing opportunities and gigs from Byron to Bali and beyond.
Bring yourself and an original poem, and perform to be in the running to win! You get 2 mins on the stage to show us what you've got, then two poets chosen by the Brisbane audience head to the QLD State Final!
